The 6th Expanded Meeting of the 7th Board of Directors of Shanghai Tool Industry Association

On November 25, 2018, CSG Yongqian, as a member unit, was invited to attend the agenda of the 6th Expanded Meeting of the 7th Board of Directors of Shanghai Tool Industry Association and reviewed multiple council proposals.

. The meeting was chaired by Xu Donghai, the President of the Association and Director of the Municipal Tool Industry Research Institute. All representatives of the management (supervision), the Secretary of the Party Branch of the Secretariat, the Secretary General of the Association, member representatives, industry representatives, and all party members of the Secretariat attended the meeting together.

Firstly, the Secretary General of the Association, Dai Bo, conveyed the relevant documents of the Shanghai Social Organizations Management Bureau, requiring all directors and member units to carefully study the spirit of the relevant documents and implement the relevant work in combination with the actual situation. Then, Dai Bo reported in detail on the recent work of the association:

1. Further improve the internal management of the association

2. Add 8 new enterprises to join

3. Construction of the Science and Technology Innovation Center

4. Collection and statistics of enterprise information survey forms

5. "Never forget the original intention, keep in mind the mission" Participated in the red culture education and training in Zunyi, Guizhou and supported Huichuan District, Zunyi City. Work related to village construction in Shawan Town

Proposal review

Secondly, Vice President Tan Yuying read out the proposals of the 7th Council of the Association: "Proposal on Adding Three Council Units", "Proposal on Adjusting the List of Vice President Personnel", "Proposal on Establishing Shanghai Tool Hardware Science and Technology Innovation Center and China Light Industry Federation Tool Hardware Science and Technology Innovation Center", "Proposal on Delaying the Change of the 7th Council of the Shanghai Tool Industry Association", and the Council voted and reviewed them. Finally, Secretary General Dai Bo read out the review results.

Legal Training

During the conference, the association also specially invited law firms to provide legal training for everyone, and had in-depth discussions with representatives of each member on two topics: "How to avoid common contract risks in the process of enterprise operation" and "How to quickly recover accounts receivable", aiming to further enhance the legal risk prevention awareness of each member unit and effectively promote the efficient development of enterprises.

Finally, President Xu Donghai made a concluding speech. President Xu Donghai first highly praised Dai Bo's work and reviewed and summarized the development process of the association over the past 30 years. He hoped that all member units would strongly support and assist the work of the association's secretariat, integrate resources from the association, enterprises, and research institutes, and work together to promote the new development of the tool industry.
